I absolutely love Chelsea; she is poised, patient, and has the purest heart. Wedding planning may have thrown her a lot of lemons. Time after time, she smashed those lemons and made lemonade out of it! Not only that, but she did it with a smile.
As a wedding photographer, you always wish your weddings were like an editorial, where every little part is perfect, no details were missed or unnoticed. A wedding like this allows photographers to show their actual skills and talent as a photographer. Thomas and Chelsea’s wedding was that wedding. Chelsea put thought into every aspect of her wedding, and you can see it in each and every photo.
I cannot stress enough that having a great team of vendors can make or break your wedding. As professionals, we alleviate stress and confusion. You can relax knowing we are doing what we were hired to do! Chelsea chose the most amazing team of vendors. From coordination to videography to entertainment, we had an amazing team, and the day was seamless!
One of my favorite aspects of this wedding is Chelsea allowed me to be a part of the wedding planning. So by the wedding day, I knew exactly what she envisioned and what she wanted her day to be like. She completely trusted my ideas, and we truly made some magic.
My favorite decision Chelsea made was to get ready at Mia Bella Grand. Mia Bella Grand is gorgeous. The bridal suite is something out of vogue. Literally, I am giddy any chance I get to take photos there. Add a gorgeous Bride like Chelsea; it is just icing on the cake!
The first look at Mia Bella was one of my favorites! Chelsea drove up in the most AMAZING CAR! She then snuck up behind Thomas and hugged him before he got to see her. His reaction was so sweet, he did not know what to do.
Since I have been going on and on about Chelsea, let me just add, Thomas is one of my FAVORITE grooms! He had Alissa and me laughing all day. He kept saying he wasn’t nervous prior to seeing Chelsea, but he was talking so fast I had trouble keeping up!
The Wedding arch at the ceremony was done by Barb at Bessie’s Florals. Mrs. Barb is talented! Usually, I try to find a location nearby for the formal photos, but this arch was too beautiful not to use! It created the most beautiful backdrop for all the photos at the Glade Springs Resort.
I could spend the next few hours going on and on about this fantastic couple and beautiful wedding, but I know you are here for the photos, so let’s get to it! ; )
