I knew that Kate was going to be soooo beautiful as a Bride, but I was mind-blown after seeing her in her dress. She was so timeless and absolutely flawless. In addition, Kate has the prettiest smile, and she exudes joy. She also chose the perfect dress. Be sure to peep the back of the dress in the photos; it’s gorgeous.
Kate and Garrett had the best group of friends to stand by them on their wedding day. Of course, I always expect the bridesmaids to be helpful, but these groomsmen were on their toes, ready to help with whatever the couple needed.
There were so many sweet moments of Garrett just admiring how beautiful Kate was during the first look. He would smile and hold back tears as she just grinned. It was almost as if she was glowing.
After the ceremony, we snuck away to do some just married portraits in the vineyard. To my surprise, the light was perfect; it was dewy and golden, a photographer’s dream light. I was worried about rain the entire day; I was so pleased when we saw the sunshine. This light made these some of my most favorite portraits of the year.
I can’t wait to see what the future has for these two. I wish them many years of happiness.
